How do you care for embroidery?

Can I wear my swimwear in chlorine?

Whilst we know it may be hard to avoid chlorine all together, we recommend rinsing your swimwear in fresh water after wearing in chlorine, as this can be quite harsh on materials.

How do I wash fringe products?

Dry clean and/or spot clean by professional dry-cleaning service.

To keep your fringe product in good condition, please note to allow enough space for the fringe to hang flat; however, if it does get crushed or creased, the fringe can be ironed carefully, on low to medium temperature setting, under a pressing cloth.

How do I care for vegan leather products?

Cold hand wash with mild detergent, dry flat in shade, cool iron (max. 110C) on reverse side using a pressing cloth, do not dry clean.

Can I dry clean my garments?

All our products, except for swimwear and vegan leather garments, should be professionally dry cleaned.

Will fabric fade when exposed to sunlight?

All natural fibres will eventually fade with time and wear, however if cared for correctly, you can guarantee a long-life for your products.

What countries do you ship to?

We can ship Internationally for most orders. Please contact us oninfo@ninaapresswim.com.auprior to placing your order and we can advise on the shipping fee. 

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

Do you use express shipping?

We offer express shipping via DHL worldwide. The estimated times for express shipping are 5-10 business days to most countries, please contact info@ninaapresswim.com.au for more detail.

Can I ship to a PO box?

Deliveries within Australia can be shipped to PO boxes, however, if you are an international customer, please note that we can not deliver to PO box.

Where do you fulfill orders from?

All our orders are fulfilled in Australia.

SIZING

Can I buy different sized bikini tops and bottoms?

Unless described as a set, all our bikinis can be mixed and matched based on size and colour, regardless of how they are presented on the model.

Do your clothing and swimwear use the same sizing?

All our garments follow the size guide, which can be found here

Do you offer payment plans?

Whilst we do not offer payment plans, we offer the use of AfterPay and ZipPay.

What currency are your prices displayed in?

All product prices indicated, and payments made on the Australian Online Store are in AUD currency. GST is added to the order total for all shipments within Australia.

 For orders to countries outside of Australia, deliveries to some countries are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means you will not have to pay additional fees when your order arrives in your country.

What is your returns policy?

Can I return swimwear?

Our hygiene policy requires swimwear to be returned in the original condition, with the hygiene tag still intact and must not have been worn, washed, or altered.

Do you have free returns?

All returns within Australia acquire a flat rate of $10, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

International customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.

Can I exchange for a new size?

You may exchange (where available) yourNina après swimOnline Store purchase, including sale items, by sending it back to theNina Après SwimOnline Store. Please refer to our Return Policy section of our website. The can be found here.

How does a refund payment take to come through?

We aim to process all returns within 10business days after receiving the product. However, payment will depend on who you bank with.

Where do I send the items I wish to return?

How should I take care of my swimwear?

To ensure your brand-new swimsuit lasts you through summer we recommend that you take care of it like you any other much-loved item in your wardrobe.
Follow our recommendations below and you can look forward to enjoying your new purchase for some time to come.
• Rinse your swimsuit thoroughly in cool water after use
• Do not roll up wet or store wet
• It is important not to leave your wet swimsuit wrapped inside a towel
• Be careful not to wear light coloured clothing over wet swimwear as some shades may transfer when wet
• After rinsing your swimsuit thoroughly after every use, dry flat in shade and avoid direct sunlight
• Do not machine wash, bleach, soak, tumble dry, dry clean or iron your swimsuit
• Avoid contact with suntan lotions and oils as they can damage the elasticity and fabric of your swimsuit
• Avoid pools treated with harsh chemicals and we also recommend that you avoid spas
• It is important to avoid rough surfaces and jewellery that can snag your swimsuit

Do you sell gift cards?

We do not sell gift cards at this time but stay tuned we may look to offer these in the future.

Are your garment dyes non-toxic?

Yes, the dyes are non-toxic and eco-friendly.

Can I buy a top and bottom separately even if they are pictured together?

Unless stated explicitly as aseton the website, all bikini tops and bottoms can be purchased separately.

Where are your products made?

Our apparel is intricately handcrafted in India from high-quality fabrics and natural fibers, including linen, cotton, silk and vegan leather. Our swimwear is produced in China with mostly recycled and sustainable fabric options.

When will my item be back in stock?

If your item appears to be out of stock on the website, you can sign up to receive a notification of when the item will be back in stock. Restocks are based on demand and availability.

Are your materials responsibly sourced?

All our garments have been lovingly crafted with an awareness for ethical and sustainable practices. We use high-quality materials and employ mindful practices to create timeless garments with a low environmental impact.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Our parcel boxes and components are sustainably sources and made with recycled materials. Our mailer bags are made of 100% recycled plastic, which gives plastic already in use a second life as a mailer bag, following the principles of the circular economy.

Do you have a rewards program?

We do not offer a rewards program at this time, but stay tuned we may look to offer this in the future.

Can I make a change to my order before it has been shipped?

If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, we recommend you contact us immediately at info@ninaapresswim.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

If your order has already been processed, Nina Après Swim accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our returns/exchanges process is available for changing incorrect items.
