We are happy to accept a return if you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) purchased.

You may return or exchange (where available) your Nina Après Swim Online Store purchase, including sale items, by sending it back to the Nina Après Swim Online Store. Subject to adherence to the following terms and conditions.

For all online purchases, returns other than for faulty goods must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery, for refund, credit note or exchange.

Returns are only accepted with proof of purchase.

Unless the return is required by law:

  • Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. 
  • Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.
  • All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
  • For all swimwear, clients must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and the top and pant sizes of bikini sets must match. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygiene strip is removed or altered, the top and pant sized of bikini sets differ, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
  • Gift Cards may not be returned and will be honoured for 3 years from the date of issue. 
  • If a client has exchanged a garment for a credit note, and then seeks to return the garment which was purchased with that credit note, Nina Après Swim may refuse the return.

Should you wish to return an item, Nina Après Swim does not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or duties and taxes paid at time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders with the exception of New Zealand tax (tax only). Residents from all other countries can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.

While Nina Après Swim covers the costs of returns using the prepaid returns label within AU & NZ, return postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items.

All international returns should be shipped back to Nina Après Swim as goods returned to sender to ensure no duties and taxes are incurred for the return.  For exchanged items Nina Après Swim will cover the shipping cost, however duties and taxes will be collected for the exchanged items as per our duties and taxes terms.

For returns to the Nina Après Swim online store, follow the procedure below.

How To Process A Return

Step 1

Contact us at returns@ninaapresswim.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and all details of the item(s) you wish to return and why.

Step 2

For Australian customers, a return postage label will be emailed to you. To use this return method, we charge a flat rate of $10, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. Please securely repackage your returning item in its original packaging and include the completed Returns Form.

Attach the eParcel return label to the outside of the package, then simply drop off the parcel at your local post office within 5 business days of receiving your label.

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service to ensure that they are protected and insured. Returns can be shipped using any secure means; however, we do not accept liability for lost or damaged parcels.

Please note that we do not accept personal drop-offs at the warehouse.

For International customers, we require the item(s) to be returned within 15 business days of receiving your label. If the return arrives outside of this time (without prior agreement with us), the item will not be accepted and returned back to you. Please ship via a traceable method and provide us with the tracking details.

Step 3

Once the item is received and inspected based on the above conditions, we will provide the refund to the original form of payment less any shipping charges or assign the store credit against your online account.

Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of receiving the items at our warehouse. Your banking institution may require additional days (up to 5 business days) to process the transaction to your account.

You will be notified via email once the refund transaction has taken place

Refunds for orders placed via Afterpay are processed automatically - any payments already made will be refunded and any future payments will be cancelled or adjusted according to the balance owing through Afterpay.

Faulty Claims

Each order is meticulously checked by our packing team prior to being dispatched, however in the rare instance you receive the incorrect item or a damaged one please contact us immediately providing imagery of the issue, and the order number to info@ninaapresswim.com.au.

Our team will then review the information and correct any errors. Claims for items purchased three months or more prior are considered outside the faulty claims period and will be processed at Nina Après Swim discretion. For faulty items we offer repair, replacement, or full refund. Items damaged through normal wear and tear, accident or misuse are not considered faulty.

Please note

Nina Après Swim reserves the right to reject returns at our own discretion. In the instance where your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

While Nina Après Swim offers a flexible returns policy however frequent returns are closely monitored. Excessive returns by a single customer will be flagged and potentially refused at Nina Après Swim discretion.
